Feature & Follow Friday #02

Okay, so it obviously isn’t a Friday right now but since this is my only free time to update my blog, I have to do it today.

This is only my second time to do the Feature & Follow Friday meme hosted by Alison Can Read and Parajunkee. The main purpose is to get to know more book bloggers and follow each other.

The question for this week is:

Q: Worst cover? What is the worst cover of a book that you've read and loved?

Wow, this is a hard one for me! I don’t always look at the cover of books because I usually rush to the content. However, the first book that popped into my head would be the Twilight covers. No offense to the artist, it must be very hard to think of a cover that would stand out and grab a reader’s attention and actually compel them to buy a book.

However, this cover just does not do it for me. So it’s an apple being offered. Is it to mean that Bella is the temptation? Isn’t it that Bella is tempted by Edward? Or it can be both ways. Granted, it is a bit mysterious although if I saw this in a bookstore, I’m not sure if I would pick it up. Wait, looking back, I never did pick up any of the books but we have the set because my sisters bought it. Anyway, I admittedly enjoyed the book although it was very cheesy and will never really be part of my list of best books I’ve read, but it was enjoyable nonetheless.
